Down Home Country Pineapple Casserole
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (170C – Gas Mark 3)
Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in the bread cubes.
Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch (20 x 20 centimeter) baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 325°F for 35-40 minutes or until set.
